Our fee and your cloud bill are separate
You pay AWS directly for what you use — that money never passes through us, and we don't take a cut of it. What you pay us is the setup or ongoing work, quoted clearly before we start. It's the simplest way to be sure nobody has an incentive to leave your bill higher than it needs to be.

Do I actually need AWS, or is normal hosting fine?
For a small brochure site, ordinary shared hosting is often the sensible, cheaper choice — and we'll say so. AWS earns its keep when you have traffic that spikes, data you can't afford to lose, or an application that needs to grow. Not because it sounds more professional.
Will moving my site cause downtime?
We plan migrations so the old site keeps serving visitors until the new one is tested and ready, then switch over. Most moves are unnoticeable to visitors. If a short window is unavoidable, we tell you in advance and schedule it when you're quietest.
Whose name is the cloud account in?
Yours. The AWS account, the domain and the data belong to you, and you hold the root credentials. We work inside your account with access you can revoke. You're never locked in by us holding the keys.
Can you reduce our existing cloud bill?
Often, yes. The usual culprits are oversized servers, storage nobody uses any more, test environments left running, and paying on-demand rates for steady workloads. We review what you're actually using and show you where the money is going before changing anything.
What about backups and security?
Both come as standard, not as an upsell: automatic backups that we test can actually be restored, HTTPS everywhere, sensible access rules, and updates applied rather than left for later.
