4. Project agreements and payment

Each project is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and payment. Unless agreed otherwise, payments (including any advance or milestone payments) are due as scheduled and are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, code, and the Trebots name and logo — belongs to Trebots and may not be used without permission. For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables transfers to the client only upon full and final payment. Until then, all work remains our property.

6. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to supply content (text, images, logos, and other materials) that you have the legal right to use. You are responsible for the content you provide, and you agree to indemnify and hold Trebots harmless against any claims arising from materials you supply.

7. Third-party services

Our work may rely on third-party platforms, tools, hosting, or plugins (for example payment gateways, Shopify, WooCommerce, or cloud providers). We are not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of those third parties.

8. Limitation of liability

Our services and this website are provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trebots shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to a project shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for that project.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services at our discretion, including where a client breaches these Terms or a project agreement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
